The Joslyn Lofts was originally designed in 1915 by John and Alan McDonald for George and Sarah Joslyn. The building housed the Western Newspapers Union Warehouse. Sarah later commissioned the two to design a memorial to her husband, the Joslyn Memorial Art Museum. We, at Bluestone Development, believed in restoring this historical landmark, capitalizing on the vintage architectural details and creating the ultimate loft environment for urban living.
The warehouse, now a rejuvenated historical landmark, has been transformed into stylish living spaces worthy of housing works of art of their own. Cherry wood floors span the living space and private balconies overlook Omaha's Historic Old Market District.
