Susan St. Martin
Having traveled extensively throughout the United States, Susan and her husband Steve have recently relocated to the Omaha area. She brings seven years of real estate selling experience with her along with extensive experience remodeling homes, developing property, and new home building. She and her husband own investment property and are active landlords. She earned a degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Massachusetts in 1991 and this combined with her husband’s construction background allows her to help a buyer make sound decisions when purchasing their new home and allows her to help her sellers justify their expenditures and price when selling their home.
