An uncanny sense of timing and a deep-rooted appreciation for the richness and potential of Omaha’s downtown residential scene put Tasha Moss at the center of the area’s remarkable downtown resurgence. As the market has grown, so too has her company – Urban Omaha, which now includes nearly a dozen of the area’s leading real estate agents.

A graduate of the University of Nebraska at Kearney, with a degree in marketing, she saw early on the potential of the downtown real estate market – one that had practically gone unnoticed by the rest of the real estate population. Today, Moss continues to drive the area’s on-going residential growth with her ability to properly market these distinctive properties – pairing buyers and sellers. The result is Urban Omaha’s leading position having been responsible for more than 70% of all residential transactions in the downtown area for the past three years. Every day she demonstrates her belief in the downtown market by the fact that she not only works downtown, but also lives and plays there as well.
