An uncanny sense of timing and a deep-rooted appreciation for the richness and potential of Omaha’s downtown residential scene put Tasha Moss at the center of the area’s remarkable downtown resurgence. A graduate of the University of Nebraska at Kearney, with a degree in marketing, she saw early on the potential of the downtown real estate market – one that had practically gone unnoticed by the rest of the real estate population. Today, Moss continues to drive the area’s on-going residential growth with her ability to properly market these distinctive properties – pairing buyers and sellers.
